Today

Started rereading A Heartbreaking Work Of Staggering Genius by Dave Eggers this morning and posted commentaries in bookcommunity [livejournal.com profile] thej2bee You are more than welcome to join our little synchronized reading group. No pressure, you can read at your own pace, just know that there is a place to share your thoughts on this book:)

This afternoon I went to the Arthouse with mom to see Elementarteilchen. Afterwards we had a fancy dinner at McDonalds (We both enjoyed the Sauerkraut-burger from the Wintersportsmenu) and in the evening we went to see Hallam Foe. I may review both those movies later, for now I'll only reveal that I still love Jamie Bell and that once again I wanted to put him in my pocket and feed him M&Ms.

Will share my thoughts on the prefaces later tonight if I can muster up the strength (am getting lots of stuff in order for Canada, my head is considering imploding), but *smishes Dave Eggers*.

Oooo, how was Hallam Foe? We fixed the programming for March today and I had to work hard, but I managed to pressure the co-workers into booking the film, 'cause I've been meaning to see it, hehe.

I'm waiting impatiently for your pov on the first part of the book, I guess the smishing is a good sign - pfew:)

Hallam Foe was lovely, I didn't even read a summary beforehand: I had picked it based on Jamie, because he's such an awesome actor... obviously. I don't know how much you know of the story and I'm not gonna spoil you - unless you want me to, but you'll probably need a hanky. Bring chocolate.
