I'm a bit grumpy today:
The sun is shining. Plus my computer restarted spontaneously with only 15 minutes of uploading to go.

I'm also a little sad:
I've been collecting Caroline's CSI (and Forsaken!) fanfic. She stopped writing and decided to no longer keep her fic online. It's the end of an era, people. If it wasn't for her there wouldn't have been a Desert. And even with the overload of writers now writing Nick/Greg, she still remains one of the top authors in fandom.

I wanted to do a pretty picspam to make me feel better, but the computer already restarted four times while I was typing up this post, so I'll give it a little break while I go and put the Ikea-monster together. I hope it doesn't crush me.

I think I may even have found a story I haven't read yet! I was thinking about doing a tribute, since Caroline has kindly given permission to publish her stories if we want. I have a feeling the new authors could use her examples. Whatever happened to actually portraying the Nick and Greg we know from the show? All I can find in the community these days are second-hand stand-ins who sound nothing like our guys and are simply characters with their names performing in meaningless porn. *is very dissapointed in fandom atm*

Yeah. That would probably also be the reason why I pretty much don't read in this fandom anymore. It just can't hold my attention. *is sad*
