Yay, good for you! I'm curious to see how it works as a weekly routine. I understand about work; I can only give these challenges my full attention because I'm at home all the time now. I recommend watching the example videos before you start and also a couple of times in between to check if you're still doing the exercizes correctly. I collected them all in a playlist here (the longer ones with sound (5t/m8) have the best instructions in my opinion;)
