I think I'm actually getting better at push-ups. Okay, not as good as in my dreams, but still, I definitely notice improvement.
The traveling is a bit overwhelming to me actually. If they keep up the confusion, I may just ignore that bit and focus on the work-out sets. I found I actually like doing the Shred warm-up beforehand, which has jumping jacks (!) so I'll rather do that than keep adding boring steps. (I saw that in the earliest draft of Pandora, they had people do half jacks instead of high knees, so I guess it's mostly about getting the cardio in)
