Age of Pandora - Day 8/60

Didn't do the thing until late, because my mom came over for our weekly Wednesday dinner, so I cooked (spinach and potatoes and fishsticks) and we hung on the couch watching Please Like Me (S2) all evening, it was GREAT.

Review Chapter 8, Preview Chapter 9 (Spoilers for exercises)
Fortunately it wasn't a high energy work-out;) I wasn't able to do the 30 seconds hold for the side leg raise in one go, so I build up to it; did 1st set of 15 seconds for each legs, then 20 and finally 30. The calf raise hold was no problem at all; it's one of the exercises I had to do last year to strengthen my calf muscle after I'd torn it, so I can do that position with my eyes closed now:) My side splits hold looks laughable, but I tried to stand as wide as I could and I suspect I will feel that in my inner thighs tomorrow...
The Hold & Pull went okay, I only had to take a few seconds break to relax my arms and shoulders about halfway into each exercise, and felt pretty good afterwards:)

Haven't listened to Ermis' Story yet, guess I'm spending the night in the Lighthouse for that!
