Mmmm. Meatballs.

Well, I had planned to get up "early" (around nine;) and do the dishes and laundry before mom would come to pick me up. But I slept right through Mika's wake up call and woke up at ten thirty-ish. I had just enough time for a -relaxed- breakfast and to get dressed.
Oops. Oh well: weekend;)

Mom and I went to visit Gran. She's doing much better and was fit enough to go outside (in a wheelchair). We had cocoa and cake in the hospitalcafe. And Gran showed us how well she can now walk with the rollator. Go, Gran!

After that mom and I went to Ikea (note to self: if you are going to try all the desserts, only order the small dish of meatballs for dinner). Bought a cuddle-hippo.

When we got home there was an old CSI on (the one after the lab-explosion: ahw, Greg and his bedhair)

Great day. Will do dishes tomorrow.

Hehe, that was my plan today: the alarm was set for nine, and I only just got up. Because I hit 'stop' instead of 'snooze' *fail*.

And score, that does sound like a great day! Glad to hear your grandma is doing better!

I found out my CD player is having the hic-ups, so I didn't miss Mika or Kate, they never even got the chance to sing me awake. *glares at hifi system* Good thing that didn't happen on a workday.

It was great to see how much progress Gran made. She's even talking about going back home.

I did laundry AND beat the dishes. I also worked on my lj-background. And now I will go and write those bookreviews before I will finally allow myself to watch Doctor Who:)

I'm so happy she recovered from that pneumonia, that was really bad. It was good to see her up on her feet again.
