Heh!
I love it when people actually chain their bikes to the 'no bike parking here' signs themselves *g*. In leuven, which is crawling with 50,000 students, there are seas of bikes where they really shouldn't be (and the cops have lots of fun scooping them all up in big trucks because they're evil like that, hehe ;).

I think the police here gave up, although I totally support scooping, since I'm a sucker for rules:) But cyclists will not be contained. They are above the law!

They also, apparently, don't have to watch where they're going or use their brakes when pedestrians cross the street. Even if said pedestrians never walks around with playing loud music on her mp3player and can therefore not hear them approach. And therefore gets snagged by steering wheels rather a lot, which does not please her.

Stupid uni students and their anarchist ways! *shakes wrinkly old fist*

Oh these youngsters and their bikes, tsk tsk.

Snort....that gave me a smile! Somehow I don't think the sign is very scary.

But... but: look at it! It glows in the dark! Plus in addition to the normal round sign with just the pictures, there are words on it; LOOK! Clearly it's very intimidating *g*

I probably should have credited the photographer, shouldn't I. Oops;)
