Ever since I started reading JDM-fanfiction I've been wondering about the "Sweetheart" that he so very often uses as an endearment. I think I finally found the original source of him saying that, thanks to the JDM Birthday Project on MyPapaWinchester Tumblr:

Watching may be a bit too intimidating (especially if you're not a fan of heights;) just close your eyes and listen at 1:06. There's also some excellent growling after about 3 minutes in ;-)

Coincidently I learned this week (from a fanfic reference of course) in which Supernatural episode he actually says "Sweetheart": S1Ep20 Dead Man's Blood. I should really sit down to watch all the John Winchester episodes one of these days *is bad fangirl*

Oh wow, I had never heard of that show, but I love me some tacky nineties television, especially if it stars Cameron Bancroft! I had such a crush on him when I was little!!

Pleased to know it had another person of interest in it for you;) That name didn't ring a bell, although the face is slightly familiar. I see he was evil in SPN and I actually saw those episodes!
