Remember yesterday's happy message? Apparently I jinxed the whole computerproject. After everything was working fine and brotherdearest even managed to put up the old system in the attic - while mom and I went to the movies - , my new 'puter crashed and it looks like we'll have to start all over again with installing. :-(
The new computer is now waiting for the proper system, one that will be able to handle the big ass 250 Gb harddisk. The old one is very upset by the whole ordeal and refuses to play nice. I'm lucky if it allows me to update my lj and check my mail.

I think it needs a new battery for the BIOS. *blinks* Well, that's what my brother said and he knows stuff;) Hopefully brotherdearest is available for the necessary surgery this weekend, because I wouldn't know where to put the damn thing... I know where I want to shove it, but unfortunately I'm not sure which end is which on the 'puter. *g*
