The Work-Out Countdown to February
Pfff, finished my 10 day Yoga Challenge, which was bit of a dissapointment to be honest. Most of the sets were much too complicated and had moves that no normal person can do without 10 years of training. Oh well, at least I tried to keep up and do the thing for 10-15 minutes every day. HA!
This was all preparation to get back in the rhythm of a daily work-out. Now it's time for fitness exercises. Tomorrow I'll start with a couple of days of Standing ABS (or Upside Down ABS;) If you want to join me,check the instruction video of Jillian Michaels:
I won't do high knees, but instead I'll do shadowboxing or the Twist & Jump, which is easier on the knees;)
I'm gonna do this from tomorrow until Saturday January 21.
Then I will move on to Jillian Michaels Shred Level 1 for ten days:
All of these are part of my countdown to a 60 days Role Playing Game Work-Out from Darebee that I will start on Februay 1...
It's called... Age of Pandora
Age of Pandora is the world's first, fully immersive fitness quest. You get to be the hero in a post-apocalyptic, fully realized world that really needs heroes. Your workouts reflect the activities of the central character. You are given the opportunity to fight monsters, forge alliances and save the world. It's sort of like the Hero's Journey I did last year with

No pressure, just fun and encouragement through Twitter and Livejournal. You can do the exercises in the privacy of your own home and on a time that's convenient for you. There will be no guilttrips for missing a day, but it will be a serious effort to get of our butts every day;)
Does anyone want to join me? It's suitable for beginners and there are different levels to choose from every day. You can download pdfs of the whole Pandora Program (and peek at the first chapter;) here:)

I have no clue if I can do an exercise every day - I was going to skip the days I'm going to the gym because I've got a different, more time-consuming regiment there now - so we probably won't be in sync with our journey, but it'll still be fun knowing I'm not fighting monsters all by myself. *g*

Brain twins FTW. I'm hoping to be able to incorporate whatever Age of Pandora throws at me with my work-out at the gym (I need machines to help strengthen my back muscles so I can't do that in the comfort of my home *g*). If all else fails, I'll skip a day or something. It's more fun to do the same work-out on the same day with y'all. I'll figure it out. :D
