Bad
Woke up this morning with hardly any pain, although I had some trouble moving I was feeling pretty good. Unfortunately my back didn't like the ride on the bus to work: the pain came back and got worse during the day. The amount of emergency-orders didn't do me any good either. I'm still not able to sit behind the computer for more than ten minutes and after standing on my feet all day I decided to call it quits around three. I was exhausted.
Worse
In between work this morning I received an answer from the onlinedrugstore: my brand of sanitary napkins/pads/whatever is not available anymore. Noooooooooooooooo. And to think I have twentysome years to go... I am really depressed. Now I am looking for alternatives. Still have a supply for three or four months... Maybe I should try that diva-cup-thing? It's enviromentally friendly and I'm prepared to try anything to avoid the brands with 'wings' and other fun pads. Shiver.
But for dessert...
Because I got home early I was able to watch 'Ready Steady Cook' for the first time in months (years?) and -like he knew I could use the comfort- my favourite cook was there: yummy Ross Burden:-) Lovely Nick from Scotland was nice enough to think of a recipy that needed some caramalising. That is such a sexy word coming from Ross. It made me feel a little better:)
