Since my fandom art challenges are not only inspired by wonderful fanfiction, but also need visuals of famous people, stuff I don't have or places I haven't visited, I often rely on the internet to provide me with images. This is a thank you post for sites that willingly or unwittingly catered to my needs.
Besides sources I'm also sharing my own meager sketches and bits of the design process for those of you who are curious about that:)

This is an extended thank you to people and sites that provided inspiration and material for my November and December Artwork:)

For backgrounds and brushes I mostly use photos I made myself. For images of the actors who play a part in the stories, I often make screencaps from films and tv. However: if the story is RPS, I prefer to use photos of the actors in their 'natural' habitat. Sadly I've not had the pleasure to see these people up close and personal (and use them as my posing puppets) so I look for images and inspiration on the world wide web...

Maybe I'll do a big explanation or tutorial on my BigBang artwork later; I had so many ideas and I'm sure I hid some of them too well in the finished pieces *grins*.

I found it to be impossible to mention all the sources I used, simply because I already had an archive of pictures for my own personal pleasure;) and also because during my frantic Google-searches I sometimes forget to keep track.
