Wahey: finished the book "Lichamelijke Oefening" ("Physical Exercise") by biologist Midas Dekkers. I already loved the guy, but with this masterpiece of research, he completely stole my heart. I hope you will be able to buy an English translation soon. For now, let this summary be an inspiration: In Physical Exercise biologist Midas Dekkers concentrates his fire on the contemporary cult of fitness. All those hours spent in gyms and sports clubs he sees as a complete waste of time; they will not make your life any better or longer....
People who read books and visit museums have a healthier lifestyle; brains contribute more to the quality of life than muscles, Dekkers says.

Another wahey: when I got home, overheated and tired from playing catch-up at work (because while I stayed at home sick last week, the work piled up on my desk, grumble) I found two lovely presents on my dinertable: a box full of fresh Strawberries and an article my mom cut out of a Dutch women's magazine: an interview with George Eads, accompanied with 'that picture in the blue longsleeve-shirt' Le Sigh. That shirt is so very snugglesome. Thanks mom.
Q: "What it's like to be called 'a hottie'?" GE: "I can't help it. I try really hard to be seen as a good actor, to take away attention from my appearance." Oh Georgie, honey. Stop it.
