Dare to be different and learn to be lonely

Ha! How did you know? I had wanted to become a Pathologist (this was years before CSI started on tv;) Unfortunately you still have to get loads of patient/people hours in before you get to hide in a lab.

Feeling slightly better; no more sore throat, but still coughing. Went to see the GP about the loss of voice, was told there is no treatment and it should return all by itself. If not, come back next week. Right. Until then no talking (which I can't anyway) and no whispering either. I'd say that's easy because I live alone, but I had no idea how often I mumble in response to the internet. Oops.
