Sorry to hear you've been feeling down. And I'm like you, I cnanot just eat a plate of food without reading while I eat, or wathcing while I eat. I share the same tendencies as you, and have to watch that Idon't become too inactive, especially in winter when it's dark and rainy outdoors, and too easy to sprawl on the sofa and not get up ..::hugs::
