Hee, I don't have enough baking knowledge to understand the technical differences between the crepe and the pancake, but you could be right about the eggs;) You can totally bake slices of bananas into them!. I think I'd prefer sweet whipped cream or -ooooh, even better- icecream, nom.

Thank you. Did you know we also have a smaller variety, even smaller than US pancakes? They are called 'poffertjes' or puffed pancakes and have a diameter of about 2 inches. Professionaly they are baked in big batches; you can make them at home in a special pan with 19 circular indentations. (Here's one of my old baking efforts;) They are served hot with melting butter and powdered sugar. Maybe even more delicious than regular pancakes!
