*smishes you tight* It does seem surreal when your own family neglects your birthday. I had that happen once - there was a lot going on and I've never made a big deal about my birthday, but still! A simple 'happy birthday' is always appreciated.

At least you had a good dinner with your mom. It looked yummilicious - especially dessert :D
