Heh, I swear I didn't know he was pulling the same face when I took that selfie while cycling, haha.
I think I finally found a way to keep up with the work-outs; I have to make it fun and not be too hard on myself if I choose a day of rest or a simple set, as long as I pick it up the next day (and the next and the next and the next). I'm most pleased with winning my battle with food, I didn't expect to be able to change that part of me. \o/
