Date: 2016-08-07 12:48 pm (UTC)I actually wanted to choose Option B but I was honestly not able to do the squats so I had to go with Option A. Yesterday's squats killed my thighs. There's nothing I hate more than squats. Except burpies. And planks. LOL! I was doing fine with the other exercises but the squats? *whimpers* So I'm in pain today - I did take a nice long stroll this morning and that seems to work, but stairs are a problem.
So when I looked at the Options today, I figured I might be able to somehow do the knee highs...and if there hadn't been the squats after the jabs, I would've tried Option B.
I also LOLed at the "rest for 2 minutes between sets"...until after the first set and I was wheezing. *headdesk* The damn half jacks weren't fun on my thighs either.
And then I looked at the karma sheet after the work-out and saw that I basically get punished on Day 7 for not getting involved. *shakes fist at this challenge*
But hey, maybe there are exercises in the next few days that don't involve the legs much (or you could swap certain exercises) so you can continue. I'm a good girl and haven't peeked at future days so I have no clue what's in store for us.
