Dare to be different and learn to be lonely

Actually some books are simply too big to carry around. Like the one I'm reading in bed now: it's heavy and it doesn't fit in my bag:) I spend a lot of time on the bus, so I picked another book for traveling.
And magazines for the bathroom, because that's one place where I don't want to get sucked into a story;)

Writing the progress down in my journal really helped me keep up with my reading. And because I want to offer a small summary when I finish a book, it also forces me to think about the story afterwards. I LOVE to read, but lately I have not allowed myself the time to sit down for it (even on the bus I would just stare out the window, read the annoying newspaper or babble with the busdriver). But I'm slowly rearranging my life:)

Indeed. I really don't understand that behaviour.
