Date: 2007-11-26 08:47 pm (UTC)The pain is slowely but surely getting less, but I'm still awfully stiff. I'm figuring out my health-insurance at the moment, so I can go to a physiotherapist on a more regular basis next year. Until then I need to check out sports-centers. Not looking forward to it, but exercise might be the only long-term remedy. *pouts*
