Thoughts, dreams and messages

Tomorrow I'm leaving for London. Wahey! Not a hostel this time, but I'm doing the very adult and kind of posh thing: I booked a hotel. It feels weird. And I forgot about the freaking out when packing. You would think I'd have enough traveling experience to not get nervous, but I'll probably won't be really comfortable until I sit in the Eurostar. Changing trains until Brussel will be a tiny bit nerve-racking, especially since there is a warning for delay after Rotterdam.

Let's get my mind off that for a bit
My mom was here a couple of days ago and as usual she got a good look at my screensaver while having dinner; it's a slideshow of my picture-collection... which always leads to good conversation;)

On Brendon playing guitar**:
Mom: "He should really stop doing that thing with his tongue."
Me: "Ehm, no."

On CSI-Nick and his blue jeans
Mom: "Wow, that is some butt."
Me: "Mm, yeah. Nick used to disappear when he turned sideways, he was very skinny, but he's been working out a lot the past years."
Mom: "You will also develop an ass like that from regular good hard fucking."
Me: "Well, that's what you look for in a mate, isn't it? A nice ass, so you know he can put some strenght into it."
Mom: "For a good pounding."

On a totally unrelated note: I've been dreaming about Peter again. I've known the guy since middleschool, but haven't seen him since highschool, which was a looooooooooong time ago. But once or twice a year he turns up in my dreams. It's nothing erotic, I think we just talk - I don't even remember specifics from the dream, but I always wake up with a smile:)

Sekrit message to mangojunkie: I'm taking the fic with me on the train, will mail you when I get back!

In addition to my stay in London I will make a daytrip to Cardiff to look for all the Torchwood-areas and -hopefully- meet chemfishee *bounces*. In between theatre, films and strolling I will try to keep up with the flist. But I probably won't comment until I get back next Wednesday. *waves*
