Exer-what-now?
Nov. 28th, 2007 10:37 pmI've been experiencing expanding episodes without pain today. Looks like the back is improving again. I fear this means I'm running out of excuses to avoid strenuous exercise. Meh.
I'm still not able to work sitting down, my feet are killing me. While the back is getting better thanks to the stand-up-straight-chair, my legs are giving up. I'm exhausted. I fell asleep on the couch tonight. That hasn't happened in a while.
But it's not all doom: my preview-channel is (accidently?) stuck on BBC Prime: in between dozing off I saw glimpses of Blackpool (A bit weird, but well worth it: I saw David taking his clothes off!!! Eeep!) and BlackAdder II. Now Red Dwarf is on. Awesome. Too bad I'm too tired to stay up for more.
ETA: while I was brushing my teeth I watched part of some series called "Popcorn", with Joseph McFadden, accent et al. Sweet.
Off to bed. Mmmmm sleep.
(Note to self: avoid breadcrumbs and all might be well)
