beelikejLast time I got my hair cut (last century;) I had enough of hairdressers not listening to me. They always put stuff in my hair afterwards, ignoring the request I made beforehand to NOT DO THAT.
My mom recently found a place where they do just what you ask: cut this much off, please, thank you. It only cost me thirteen euros and I was done in ten minutes. So it CAN be done.
