Look at the love of my life

In my neverending effort to keep my closets tidy, this week I made an inventory of my shoes.
Over the years it's become quite an eclectic collection, but all pairs have one thing in common: they are timeless. Well, that's what I'm telling myself, since I've been wearing some of these since the mid-eighties *grins*. What can I say? I never throw stuff out and with loads of pairs I can wear different shoes every day, so they go a long way:)

The last pair on the bottom right has the best patterned leather, the text is also embedded in the soles, so fricking awesome.

Good plan: taking them out of the boxes is a perfect opportunity to do inventory! Plus you can do that putting pics of shoes on the boxes in your walk-in closet girly thing. *g*

*butts in* Aahahaha, and now I feel really stupid. I own a grand total of... wait for it... 5 pair of shoes, and for me, that's a lot. XDXD

Heh. I was gonna say I have had more years to collect the shoes, but I don't think I ever had only five pairs;)

I'm such a boy. I have three pairs of shoes. Docs, Cons, and a pair of generic sneakers.

Out of all my sneakers, those are my favorites, because of the colour and the comfort:)

*gasps* Only three pairs? Well, you still beat brotherdearest, who only has two pairs, despite the best efforts of his mom, his big sister and his girlfriend;) (I was so excited when he let me take him shoe-shopping for his birthday, accompanied by all of the women mentioned above:)

I love them too, but mostly to look at, because they are not as comfortable as they seemed in the shop:( But hey, still cool, right? \o/
