Reading is easier than writing

Once again a tiny apology to the flist that was bombarded with these bookposts. But I'm sure you wouldn't have signed up for reading-community thej2bee if you weren't at least a little interested in my reviews *grins*
My bookpile for 2011 is already a bit daunting and I'm hoping to write reviews on the other books I finished before the end of the year, but I feel already accomplished for writing these five today, so I'm going to do something other than self assigned homework for a bit;)
In the meantime, I offer you these:

Don't know where to start? The Greatest Show On Earth is my favorite.
Out of the novels I rated The Five People You Meet In Heaven an 8/10.

I have decided I'm going to do the 50 Books in A Year thing in 2011. And MAYBE even write reviews for them, gasp *g*. I only managed a downright TRAGIC twenty books this year. Which, what the hell? Step up your game, self.

Oh, I haven't counted the books I read, maybe I'll do that before I put my 2011 readinglist online. Seems like there are more than twenty, but I also included a couple of comics and those I read in a day;) (I totally think they count though)

Well, I started a Goodreads account in January and it now says: Read books (20) so that was kind of depressing to realize ;). It had a lot to do with working on Big Bang and reading a boatload of fic, though, so I'm determined to suck less this year! Gonna try to read all the unread books in my house. Cough. Emphasis on try :p.
And comics totally count!

Okay, I had to count them *grins* I read 61 books this year, including novels, scientific books, children's books and comics. I gave up on one book (didn't count that) and am now reading The Fry Chronicles which I probably won't finish this year.

I have already 18 new books on my pile for 2011 (and I understand there is more on its way;)

I'm gonna finish my Beatrix Potter and then have the fifth Nightrunner book as my first book of 2011 because I'm only 35 pages in ;). And hmm, off the top of my head, not actually getting up to look at my book cases, I can think of 22 unread books. Oops!
