Age of Pandora - Preparation 0/60

So... tomorrow I will start a new Work-Out Challenge: the Age of Pandora. It will last for 60 days and I plan to keep a daily journal, starting today with a preparation post.
I won't be the only one trying this challenge, this will be a group effort together with fellow fangirls! Here's a shout out to:

Dundundunnnnn. I'M EXCITED!

I plan to prepare for each day by adding videos of the exercises in the next chapter to my personal Age of Pandora playlist (chapter 1 and 2 are up already:)

Sometimes an exercise is too difficult to do, for example I avoid moves that involve jumping because they are too tough on my knees, my boobs and my downstairs neighbours;) I substitute those with a similar exercise with the same intensity but less bouncy impact.

Important for first-timers: WARM UP!!

If you want to join us and/or if you have any questions, feel free to ask. I am no expert, but I speak from experience;) The most important thing for me is to keep moving and to keep it fun. So tomorrow I'll start my warm-up with the Creasser:
