Age of Pandora - Day 7/60

Called in sick today and saw doctor about wheezing chest and barking cough. I have an appointment for lung function test in two weeks because I have to get rid of cold first. Until then nothing to do but suffer through (my doctor is not very helpful, hrmpf).

Review Chapter 7, Preview Chapter 8 (Spoilers for exercises)
I counted cycling back and forth to the doctor's office as travelpoints to get to the Lighthouse. Did Level 1 with slow climbers. Those jump knee tucks remain a challenge, but I made it! (Very out of breath, but still:)

OOooh, all new exercises in Chapter 8; since most of these are holding positions, there are no videos except for the speed bag punches; that's #25 on my AoP playlist:)

I'm surprised I can still keep up with the work-out regime, I guess i was lucky there were no hard core cardio exercises on the worst days of my cold;)

I'm still trying to compensate for having to skip big parts of last year's Hero's Journey because of my calf injury. I'm determined to keep going as long as I can;)
