beelikejVery long day today. It was hard getting used to the real world again after dealing with only fangirls and -boys for the past five days. I wish all weekends could be this long.
The weather was not helping: it was very warm (I'd even say hot, but as it's not summer yet, I'll save that for later).
The busstop close to my work is out of order for the next month (MONTH!). This week I can walk the distance from the temporary-stop, but from next week on the bus will make an ever bigger loop and it will be a bit too far to walk. *pouts* I asked the bossman if he could transport one of my bikes from home. We'll see how that works out.
I'm making steady progress in the Hofstadter book, I'm loving it. I was totally emo on the bus this morning, recognizing my own thoughts in many wonderful theories. Science is so fucking cool, people! Also: I learned how to pronounce 'meme'.
