1. a film: the one I went to yesterday was quite good: Caché. But my favorite film last year was Sideways. But I would very much like to see Brokeback Mountain.
2. a book: Making History by Stephen Fry. But since you already read it I recommend 'En l'absence des hommes' by Philippe Besson. (I read the Dutch translation)
3. a band, a song and an album: a band? Depends on your taste! I could recommend a hundred! R.E.M., Marillion, dEUS, Placebo, that new band the Arctic Monkeys... I don't know where to start

Thank you:-) The Arctic Monkeys is on my list of music to look into (also some credit to Damon for mentioning that band)I'm sure you will tell me all about Caché in your next mail (I'm not impatient at all;) and I can't wait for our date to BbM: only one week to go! Yay, another friend. I'll post more links to this journal if that's what it takes to get you here (although I usually just translate stuff from my blogspot, I sometimes save the naughty stuff for my livejournal, just so you know;)
Weirdest food: hmm, maybe you should have diner with Hans sometimes... wait a minute... *lightbulb* ...oh, I get it:)
