Why can I never give an answer that's short and to the point

I got a postcard today! With a Mountie! \o/

I updated my readinglist with three books I bought today, but still haven't written reviews for the books I read in the past month. I'm not making any promises, but I'm kind of planning to do that this weekend;)

1) How has LJ changed your life?
I was living my life friendfree before I got sucked into fandom. And all of a sudden I met people.
Who would have thought I would survive friendships. Not me, matey. As it turns out not all people suck. Huh.

2) What do you do before bedtime?
Drag myself away from the computer. Get into pyjamas.

3) What are you going to have for dinner tonight?
I already had dinner: ravioli with legumes thewhatever (combination of vegetables, I could recognize carrots and peas;) For dessert I had a SinasSplit: vanilla icecream on a stick, covered with orange sorbet.

4) What is the ONE place you want to go to before you die if you had the money and the time?
I had the money and the time to visit all the places I wanted to see. I'm a bit tired of traveling now. (Although I'm looking forward to possible travel with T. next year...;)

5) Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
Introvert.

6) What do you do in your free time?
Fiddle about on the computer. *blinks* Hey, that's what I do at work as well. *big grin* I'm not an addict. I'm not.

7) Do you trust easily?
NO.

8) What personal belonging do you have with you everywhere you go?
My nail file, wallet and my pocket watch.

9) Is there anything that has made you unhappy these days?
Did you read my lj lately? Let's not drag that subject up again, it still makes me weep.

10) What is your best quality?
My honesty, harsh as it may be, at least people don't have to wonder what I mean.

11) Is being tagged fun?
Well, it does feel a bit like homework, so I have to say no. *g* (Although secretely I'm thrilled to be mentioned;)

12) How do you see yourself?
I'm glad to say I'm still a cynical, sarcastic loner :)

13) Do you prefer rain or snow?
Snow

14) What kind of person do you think the person who tagged you is?
artistic_sillie was the first person on my flist brave enough to visit me in real life. She showed me I could actually spend several days with another human being without going nuts. That's quite an accomplishment. So I say she's rather wonderful.

15) Poor but loved, or rich but hated?
Rich but hated. Fuck love, it's overrated.

16) How many children do you want?
Despite my curiosity about getting being pregnant, I think it's a bad idea to put new people in the world who might be infected with my anger and doubts. Seeing as it's not likely I'll meet anyone who could cause the aforementioned scenario, you and I don't have to think or worry about it.

17) What's better; to give or to receive?
To give.

18) What do you feel about sex without love?
Sounds great. Can I have some?

19) Would you have 100% safe sex with a stranger for $10,000,000?
No. Well, if I fancied said stranger, yes of course, otherwise no. Not for a 100 million.

20) What would you name yourself if you'd been born the opposite gender?
I always liked the name Thomas. My parents would have named me Willem if I had been born a boy.
