There are only a few occasions when I wish I didn't live alone: like last night, when I woke up around 4 a.m. from a horrid dream. It was filled with explainable drama and images, but how I would have liked to have a warm body next to me to hold on to for a bit until my heart settled down. Hrmpf. Luckily I've only had this kind of bad dream three or four times in my life, so I'm usually quite content not having to share my space (and my big comfy bed;)
I also would have loved to have someone sat next to me on the couch when I was watching Airline yesterday. Because I wanted to squee with someone about how passenger and extreme skier Matt Reardon (blond dreadlocks, sparkling blue eyes) was flirting with ex-rugby-player-now-pilot Tony Underwood (in uniform, wearing glasses), when he told him and purser Bob he would give them skiing lessons on their lay-over in Geneve. Oh, the look on Tony's face when Matt said he could wear protection if he was afraid of getting hurt: "[In rugby] we don't wear padding." Of course Tony accepted the invitation and Matt was very impressed how quickly he learned. And then Matt had to show off his skills. They made such a lovely couple. Why didn't anyone but me notice this? *pouts*
