After two years of funky gadgets for Christmas and me complaining about the lack of old fashion food packages this year the boss showed his appreciation by giving us all a big box of meat. Wahey! I'm in the Holiday-spirit now, so I'm sharing pics of my tree. (If you're curious about the content of the meat-box, scroll down:)

Since the amount of meat is too much for one person, even for me;) - I invited mom and Jan over to take what they wanted. I still have one of each product left. There was no information about the kind of meat or the possible methods of preparations, so it will be adventure cooking and baking:)
