beelikejOMGUGUISE, when I got home from the Arthouse tonight, my kitchen still smelled awesome; like warm honey and cinnamon, mmmm. I tried that 'old tart' recipe again, this time with the mascarpone and my own imagination. It turned out perfect: nice and moist:)
Golden brown and it even raised up a little!
I sprinkled it with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
I took half to my mom while it was still warm (I cycled fast;) and she approved \o/
She made beefstew for dinner, which was also delicious. For dessert she had a surprise left over from Xmas:
Raindeer icecream!
We went to see 'Burn After Reading', which was a delight.
Good day. Good, good day. (The sleeping in this morning was also a very clever idea:)
