I was doing so well on the first day of my extra long weekend; I did laundry, finished putting photos of Istanbul in a proper album, did my finances. When I cleaned up my dinnertable I found some old postcards. I've been saving paper postcards and letters ever since university. The last album is from the past few years, it's a dying hobby;)

When I pulled my postcard-album out of the hallway closet, the shelves collapsed... I didn't have a tempertantrum, but calmly emptied out the closet, fixed the shelves and put my stuff back in. This is what happened next: Awesome.

Also: my internet died. When I wanted to phone my cable-company to ask WTF?! I found out my phone wasn't working either. It was the longest half hour in my life.

Didn't do anything useful for the rest of the day, but I did make a new sticky post-banner of my current obsessions. That made me feel a little better:)

Tomorrow I have planned a shopping trip to Amsterdam. I'm so not gonna think about the contents of my hallway closet that are lying on the bed in my spare room. I will distract and comfort myself with some new toys. Ha.

I just had another fall out of the internets. Only ten minutes this time, but I get mostly angry because I can't even call the fuckers to complain, grrr.

Weather was windy, but I liked it:) Didn't go to any movies, I spent all my money on pressies for myself *g*.
