Jeebus: I had X-factor on in the background; first audition rounds, and all of a sudden I hear this voice that almost gives me an orgasm. I jumped up to see the woman and found out it was a tiny fifteen year old boy singing. Ahem. Yes. Moving on...

I cooked a proper meal tonight! Not that I don't usually have decent dinners, but most workdays the food only requires a microwave for preparation. This time I used pots and pans AND the oven! Okay, I cheated and bought sliced and precooked potatoes... and the cauliflower was already cut and cleaned, but I didn't have enough minced meat, so I totally added my own twist to the cauliflower-minced meat-potatoe-dish...

Had a bit of an issue with my back; after two days of walking on the slippery street and having to compensate my balance when nearly falling thrice, it was quite painful. (The stressful week of work with an overload of climbing the stairs were also to blame) But I did the smart thing and popped a pink pill as soon as I arrived at work this morning. It numbed the pain, allowing me to move and relax. I think things are now under control.

Have a snowy picture from earlier this week: I made a half circle at the busstop to catch my surroundings:

Oooh, looking good! And buying sliced and precooked potatoes, and pre-cut and cleaned cauliflower is totally not cheating. It's just.. saving time. :'3

Nice pictures! We're not having any snow over here, just rain.

It tasted good too! Saving time, yes, exactly; I didn't get home until 18.30 and it already took 15 minutes to get all the ingredients ready as they were, before having to put the dish in the oven for 45 minutes. Pfff. I thought I would have trouble waiting for that long before dinner, but the internet made me forget time and hunger *grins*. Well worth the wait! Plus the amount I had left will feed me for two more days. \o/

The photos were made last Monday. There was still some slippery slush left on Friday though; walking from the emergency busstop to work was scary all week long.

OMG that looks delicious! Now I'm hungry *off to cook spaghetti*

And I love getting to see the view you see every morning! I really like snow when I don't have to be in it *g*.

They were so good, I was extremely proud:)

I adored the snow, but am relieved it's gone now; it was hard work cycling and walking through it.
