-laughs- Aww, just as much as me. It's something I personally would like to work on. I don't throw things nor have I raised a hand to anyone (in case that's what anyone thought) I just have a problem with snapping back, getting frustrated too easily, raising my voice an octave and occasionally slamming doors. Yeah, don't want my bedroom door to fall off while I'm masturbating, so I don't do that anymore. -laughs-

Embrace the anger, baby:) I'm not as pissed off as I used to be, but people still get on my nerves a lot. It's a good thing I live alone/on my own, I'm a much happier person now but I still thought I would score higher on that test :-D

(Also: I learned not to break stuff while I'm in a bad mood: I lost my favorite pair of sunglasses while stomping around after throwing my clothes on the floor. The funky green glasses where in my coat and didn't survive. Grumble.)

And your comment on doors falling off is giving me all kinds of visuals. Ahem.

Wow, that's low! It's probably a smart thing to save energy and not get too annoyed with people. But if I only consider the day I had today and the clients and coworkers I had to deal with, I really don't know how *not* to get pissed off. (And it's not over yet, still one and a half hour to go, grumble)
