Lookit: it's HUGE!

Today my new I-mac arrived. It's ENORMOUS! And I thought the old one was big. HA! Look: it's shivering from fear of its replacement and that one is not even installed properly yet...

Since we're working on the server at the same time it's gonna take some time to synchronize all the new computers. Next week we will continue with the project. I better start thinking about a new desktopdesign: even bigger Nick & Greg, wahey:)

There is a lot to love *g*.
We'll be working on sorting out (letter)fonts next week, but first I'm gonna enjoy my extra long weekend:) Monday I'm staying at home to recover from Oscarnight. I just hope my boss can contain himself and not touch my I-mac on my day off;)

Oooo pretty! Damn, what I wouldn't give for a screen like that. I already picked the laptop with the biggest screen available and still I'm not content *blushes*.
This will go so well with the acrylic case! *vicariously giddy*

Ehm actually: an I-mac may look like 'just a big screen', what you see is a COMPLETE computer! It comes included with a build-in camera (that little square on top of the display), boxes (underneath) and CD-writer (slits in the side) plus loads of programs. And no fuzz: just turn the machine on and it's ready to go: Macintosh is da bomb! Sadly it's way too expensive for at home, so this is for work. (Explains why I love my job;)

As for the PC: Brother dearest is instructed to buy the technical bits that go into the acrylic case. I will -hopefully- put that thing together on Monday and than we will -try to- build the computer on Friday (another day off, woohoo:)

It makes me wonder why not everyone has one, but if it's that expensive, I guess that accounts for it.

Eeeep, I will, I will, it's just that I had this long to-do-list and then I got caught up in cleaning out my mailbox and then I forgot to get dressed I then I remembered I had to pick up my bike so I kind of HAD to take a shower and put clothes on and now it's 16.30 and the shop closes at 17.00 so I have to run. But will sit down for CSI as soon as I get home.
