So apparently I do have a new neighbour. In the past years I experienced only drunken, smelly and loud people next to me (sometimes all-in-one!) so I never realised it didn't have to be like that. The only proof of life is the closed curtain in the morning. I'm loving it! (trademark, schmademark)
