Fridaynight I had dinner at my mom's (OMG, BEST DINNER EVER *smishes mom*) and we went to the late night film at the arthouse (Sunshine Cleaning - I'm crushing so hard on Amy Adams, even if I wanted to slap her character in the first half of the film).

I didn't update my synchronized reading posts for two days due to some unexpected - but very cool- company; brotherdearest came over for a sleep-over. The goal was to continue our everlasting Buffy/Angel marathon, but we also spent hours discussing Harry Potter. Brotherdearest is a first time reader and just started in The Goblet Of Fire, so I had to be careful not to talk about what's going to happen after that. How awesome is it that there are still people out there discovering the magic of the books for the first time?
(Even though he has seen most of the films, I find it more fun not to spoil, especially since there are significant differences. I still can't get over the changes they made for The Order Of The Phoenix with regards to Sirius and Cho. *glares at director and scriptwriter*)

I took a break from reading The Half-Blood Prince on the weekend (no busrides;) but read another three chapters last Friday: Chapters 13-15: The Secret Riddle, Felix Felicis, The Unbreakable Vow
