You never stop being a fan

I was fourteen when my favorite band broke up in 1984 (yes, do the math). I remember what it felt like, although even back then I was rational enough not to be hysterical about it. They quit because they just couldn't handle the fangirl-flailing and -fainting anymore, to give you an idea of how popular they were;)
They played a mix of reggae and ska. I still get goose bumps when I hear one of their songs.

I loved those guys.

Yes, they are both smoking. Shut.Up.

Heh, well, lets just say... they didn't really know yet how bad it is for you back then, so... :P

You know: I was much more upset about the smoking than the breaking up. Just like with Panic At The Disco at the moment (maybe you've heard the internet crash two days ago? That was bandom exploding). But I've learned to ignore whatever makes me angry or upset and instead I focus on the music, because that will always give me *the feelings*. See? I can totally be a grown up about it;)
