Gelukkig Nieuwjaar!

Spent New Year's Eve at my mom's (her place is so much warmer and quieter;). She didn't get home until a couple of minutes before midnight. We counted down to 2010 together and lit some sparkles on the balcony while admiring other people's fireworks. Then we went back inside to warm up and enjoy the first food of the New Year: the one and only Snowballs. Delicious! (Hadn't had them for a while, since you can only get them at the bakery in the village where I work and they only sell them once a year. Luckily this year I had to work on December 30th, so I could get some, woohoo:)
