A day at the beach: sun, sea and.. nudity?

Went to The Hague to day with mom to admire Jaap & Gayleen's new apartment on walkingdistance from the beach. Only ten minutes away from dunes, sand and see...

After delicious pancakes on the beach we went into town to check out the art-exhibit from Colombian artist Fernando Botero.

This statue is (probably) called 'woman lying down';-)
I love his work.

We ended the day with an Indonesian Diner. What a great day:-)

And now I am very sleepy from walking on the beach.

Beaches are great. It's stupid though. I only live 30 minutes on bike (15 minutes by car) from the beach, and I almost never go. That's it. When the weather improves, I'm going for a walk. *nods* :P

I don't like being in the sun, but walking on the beach on a cloudy day is great:-) I say: don't wait for 'better weather': get on your bike now! I had to travel two and a half hours by train to get there and it was well worth it:)
