I did:) London is my go-to place if I can't think of a destination, but need to get away. I especially love it for the massive amount of theatre opportunities. It's not as expensive as it used to be and definitely worth a visit.

I hope you realize I am super jealous of you, lady. Looks like the four most perfect days in the world to me! Gah. I better find some time to fit in two days' worth of London of my own in the near future.

It was as good as I wanted it to be. Time in the bathtub, time in the theatre, loads of delicious food, bags full of pressies. London at its best.

Will you focus on HP and NY? Don't be distracted by London, it will be there when you're done with all your other marvelous plans :-p

OH, same hotel as we stayed in; it's the only one that has guaranteed bath in every room;) Well worth the extra money as usual.

Love the pics! Looks like you had a wonderful time. Always makes me a bit jealous when I see your pics, I'd like to live much closer to London than a 22 hour flight. :)

Heh, I think flights are about 90 minutes from Amsterdam, but I of course love taking that long train-ride: it so comfortable and convenient (except the transfers, they are a bit nerve wracking until I reach Belgium;)

I'm going again in December! I managed to get a floorseat for Tim Minchin's Orchestra tour \o/
