For once I'm hoping for sunshine

beelikejIf the weather agrees, I'm going ballooning on Saturday! It was a birthday present for my mom and brotherdearest and I are joining her (the other brother is a chicken;)
I am excited but at the same time don't allow myself to be, because with the weather going crazy, I won't believe it's actually going to happen until I'm in the freaking basket.
The past few days have been rather stressful, not because of work (even though that has been kind of hellish), but mainly because my busroutine has changed for reasons beyond my control and you all know how badly I can handle change (and having no say in the matter). I've been trying not to sink into a pit of despair this week and I plan to enjoy the weekend, no matter what the weather will be like. ("Luckily" depression runs in the family, so at least it's understood and I won't need to put up a happy facade)
(I can't even bitch about said change, because it makes me too upset. *glares*)
