*sighs*
Once again I'm reading my books faster than I can review them. Damn those teenage novels: it only takes me a bustrip back and forth to work and a lunchbreak to finish them, while they fill up my head with drama. Good stuff *grins* I'm currently reading David Sedaris - Me Talk Pretty One Day. (Not a novel, but there is also plenty of teenage drama in these memoirs;)
At home I'm almost through book 3 in the Nightrunners series. It's the kind of story I want to read desperately, but I don't want it to end, so I keep stalling and don't sit down until I have only a little time left before bedtime each evening. It's brilliant. I'm not allowing myself to order book 4 just yet though, since I have so many other books on my pile. BUT if I happen to find it on my trip to Amsterdam this Saturday, it will be bought (and additional parts too, if available;)
I have a couple of issues on my mind I don't want to blab about, mostly because it depresses me to think about them and also because I know better than to rage when I'm in this mood. Don't you hate it when you're being sensible?
On a happy note: the more I hear about Panic! at the Disco's new album the more excited I get. I'm still not quite sure about the snippet of Mona Lisa, but there was mention of Nearly Witches and that has me bouncing. I've been imagining Brendon moving to that beat ever since we first heard it (YEARS ago)
*checks clock* Okay, can't postpone reading any longer, so I'll leave you with another gorgeous sunset and a bit of busbitching.

Date: 2011-01-20 04:12 pm (UTC)Thanks. I so love the light in the early evenings these days:)
Those are some very cool journals. Unfortunately I don't think I'm able to create more writing time in addition to my online blogs and my handwriting is seriously horrid after years of typing *g* Plus I can usually rage about my issues to my mom or brotherdearest if I need to get it out of my system without alarming (or offending) the rest of the world;)

Date: 2011-01-20 04:22 pm (UTC)I do hope they have someone pre-screen those questions. But yes, maybe someone will ask for a track listing.
My penmanship is completely horrid. I can barely read my own writing these days, particularly if I'm writing while upset. heh
Good that you have people you can rage at in person. That is always nice.

Date: 2011-01-20 02:49 pm (UTC)I hope you'll be able to find Lynn Flewelling, but I remember that when I ordered them through my store, they had to be imported from the U.S. because there were no European suppliers. Fingers crossed!
And I completely disagree with the above comment in that I think that Nearly Witches was booted before, because Ryan and Jon didn't think the sound fit with what they wanted P.O. to sound like. Which makes sense. It's always struck me as more of a Brendon song, especially when you look at the Oh Glory and Ballad of Mona Lisa snippets? I really, really hope it's on there!
Also, feel better!!

Date: 2011-01-20 04:25 pm (UTC)Well, I did find book 2 at Waterstones in London and there is one of those in Amsterdam... I'll also check the ABC...
I must say I had the same idea as
Thank you. Sadly my arm prevents me from reading, so instead of the adventures of Alec & Selegil I'm stuck with my 1000xAnybody photobook (and the tv) Typing with one hand SUCKS.
