Oh no, not again

beelikejI spoke too soon: the internet is broken again:-(
I spent yesterday-evening on the phone with customerservice, but at the end of the call I was told to 'have someone take a look at the computer, because the connection is fine'. Ehm. NOT. There is nothing wrong with my computer at home, except for the internet and mail: WTF?!
To make matters worse: thanks to configuring and restoring the system my Photoshop went into a coma. It needs to be reactivated to work and guess what I need to do that? Yup, that would be a little thing called 'internet'.
Grumble.
