What a lovely surprise this afternoon when I all of a sudden peed blood. Ow. Unexpected bladderinfection, awesome. *sighs* I will have to wait until Monday before I can get my diagnosis confirmed by a doctor, until then I'm drinking water until I explode, so I don't run to the toilet for nothing every hour. Woohoo.

It's really hard to focus on fiddling for my art-challenges. *wibbles* And I had such great ideas to work on too. Hrmpf.

I know: lots of people told me to get that, but I didn't feel like getting on my bike to get it, if you know what I mean;) Besides, I truely hate the taste of cranberry juice, so it would make me suffer even more.
I have good experiences with water, I'm sure I'll manage, even if it's gonna feel like a looooooooong weekend.

How do you feel about Homeopathy? If you're not opposed you should try Cantharis. I get mine on the internet now but have picked it up in health/whole food type stores both here in the States and back home so I know you could get it. It comes in different strengths...get the tablets in 30x.

It works. It works better and faster than anything else I've ever tried. I went from at least 2 utis every year to zero because as soon as I have the tiniest symptom I take the remedy and I'm good to go.

Let me know if you decide to give it a try and I'll let you know the super-secret dosing instructions for a full-blown infection. No pain in less than a day. Either way? I hope you're feeling better soon.

Hmmm, not something I would think of, but thank you! It's been a while since my last UTI and the cure from the doctor should do the trick. I usually feel it coming and then prepare by drinking loads which often even helps get rid of the problem before it needs to be treated.
I'm already feeling a lot better since yesterday, but will of course still bring a p-sample to the doctor's tomorrow;)

The first two hours were the worst: I had to force myself to not go to the toilet until the water had gone through. I felt better after taking some pink pills (ibuprofen;) Will make sure I get those cranberry pills for the future.
Handed in my pee this morning, will call the doctor around 2 pm and find out if I get some proper medicine...
