...People stop and stare at my hair.
Wondering what is that aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaair doing there.
A little musical intermezzo for ya: something I always sing when it's stormy. Although the original song (by Dutch comedian Herman Finkers) was actually about blow drying your hair, (which I've never done ;-)
So, yeah, it's storming like crazy here; cycling back home from the busstop took me twice as long as usual and the wind took my breath away. I had to struggle against the wind so hard I couldn't even clear my throat while cycling, it was exhausting! (I've been suffering from the barking cough since Monday, called in sick yesterday but had some project today that I wanted to finish myself -my co-worker already has enough on his plate- so I went back to work again despite not feeling too focussed.)
The weather outside is now going bonkers; my apartment is situated right across from two huge buildings that guide the wind directly to my window and the noise is quite intimidating. The wind also keeps blowing away my window cover, which comes down with a loud crash mere minutes after I put it back in. It's an entertaining game to play (I have to climb up a chair to reach it), I hope I will win in the end.
To end this random rambling, I like to announce that I won't be updating my Tumblr for a while, because the last photo I reblogged causes me to do a happy littlemoan sigh every time I check in. See what I mean?. *moans softly* *sighs happily*
