Did I already tell you about my haircut?

Ugh, I'm so done with being sick. I haven't had a good night's sleep in five days, I can just about catch my breath in between attacks of the barking cough and I'm exhausted. Obviously I feel guilty as hell for being sick in the one week where I had tons of work scheduled (and okay, fine I'm a control freak and wish I could do my own project) so I made arrangements with the bossman for tomorrow that he will come and get me if the coworker gets too overwhelmed. If that happens my mom will pick me back up from work. There is just no way I will survive a bicycle and busride to and/or from work, but I'm sure I can do my project if they just get me behind my Mac. We'll see what happens. Shut up.

Last week I got a haircut and I promised some of you pictures, so here they are:





Wish I'd gotten better before pictures, but I think you can tell they took about 10 cm of fluffy ends off. I have to practice my loopy twisted bun all over again, but other than that I'm fine with it; it looks healthier I think;)

My mum was sweet enough to get me some groceries, so if you'll excuse me, I'm going to have a popsicle before bedtime. Because it's soothing for my throat, like medicine. IT IS!

Sometimes medicine happens to look a great deal like a popsicle. It's one of lives mysteries.

You may never warm up to that. I hate having someone mess with my hair/head, but I love a fresh cut so I endure!

Your hair looks great! I got mine trimmed last month or it would have been exactly the same length as mine *g*.

Are you feeling a bit better yet? I really do think they might have to give you antibiotics if it doesn't ease up. (I've gotten them once, when I had a bad UTI the day before flying to Chicago, and it was gone in like 10 hours, LIKE MAGIC.)

:-) I think your hair grows a lot faster than mine.

Several people have now advised the antibiotics. I'll see how I'm doing after this weekend. There is still improvement every day.
